Valentina completed her first 200h Teachers' Training in 2011, at the Sivananda Yoga Center in Austria and over the last 9 years, she has developed and deepened her knowledge of the different styles of yoga, by practicing and attending several courses and clinics led by experts like Meghan Currie, Talia Sutra, Janet Stone, Cameron Shayne, Daniel Scott, Michael Hamilton, Tiago Rocha and many more.

 

Her Yoga classes are created to develop a better understanding about oneself and to align mind and body. Valentina truly believes that yoga is not only about the physical practice but also a wonderful tool to practice self-love, acceptance, consciousness and courage, helping you to strive for a higher version of yourself.
